The Mont Alpi 4-Burner Outdoor Kitchen Island with Beverage Center and Extra Storage Cabinet (MAi400-BEVXL) is a linear Original Series configuration designed for hosts who want full grilling capability alongside dedicated drink and prep zones. The layout balances cooking, refrigeration, and storage in a footprint that fits patios where entertaining and meal prep happen side by side.
The 4-burner grill is paired with an infrared side burner for high-heat searing or pan cooking and an infrared rear burner for rotisserie use. LED control knob lights and internal halogen lights support precise cooking from day into evening, while granite work surfaces provide a clean, easy-to-maintain prep area.
The beverage center—an outdoor-rated refrigerator and sink combined into a single module—keeps drinks and ingredients within easy reach. An enclosed storage cabinet keeps tools and accessories tucked away, maintaining an uncluttered countertop. The island ships propane-ready and converts easily to natural gas with the optional Mont Alpi conversion kit.
