The Mont Alpi 4-Burner Black Stainless Steel Island with Beverage Center and Fridge Cabinet (MAi400-BSSBEVFC) is designed for hosts who want drink service fully integrated into their cooking workflow. This layout adds dedicated cold storage, keeping beverages and ingredients chilled without relying on indoor refrigeration—an upgrade from the BEV configuration, which focuses on prep and serving.

The 4-burner gas grill features an infrared side burner for high-heat searing or pan cooking and an infrared rear burner for rotisserie use. Integrated cooking lights and illuminated control knobs provide clear visibility and precise control from day to evening.

What sets this configuration apart is the outdoor-rated refrigerator positioned alongside the beverage center's sink and prep area. Drinks stay cold, ingredients stay close, and the cooking zone remains uninterrupted—ideal for longer gatherings or frequent entertaining. The durable granite countertops are easy to clean, and the island includes a full-size weather cover and matching granite chopping board. The grill ships propane-ready and converts easily to natural gas with the optional Mont Alpi conversion kit.
