BBQ Bacon Brie and Cranberries
The perfect Game Day appetizer or snack is here. It's simple, decadent and delicious. Your guests are bound to be impressed with your BBQ skills!
Cut the top off the brie round. The easiest way to do this is by chilling the cheese for a couple of hours first, the cut is cleaner.
Spread the cranberry sauce over the top of the cheese. Wrap the brie in bacon so the entire round is covered and place on a baking tray.
Turn the 2 outside burner of your Mont Alpi on and leave the center off. Place the baking tray on the center burner and close the hood to allow the brie to cook indirectly. Leave it to bake for about 30 minutes or until the bacon on the outside is cooked.
Cut the French baguette into 1 inch rounds and place on the outside burners 5 minutes before the bacon is good. Turn regularly to allow the bread to toast but not burn.
